Many People has asked me for this tool , so here it is…..
With the foot part you can safely do biceps curls without risking
that the lower part of the chest expander slips away from your foot
and jumps into your face…. We have made holes in the foot part so you can
screw this tool on the floor for maximum security and comfort.
You can also screw two of these foot parts on the ceiling and do lat pulldowns with your chest expander.
I own a couple of Baraban chest expanders, and was standing one the round handle grips to do bicep curls and a couple of other exercises. It worked, but wasn't comfortable. So, I bought two of these food stirrups, and they are a game changer.
They are very stable to stand on: much more than the handles were. This means that not only are they safer, but I have also been able to add some extra resistance (an extra spring) during exercises, meaning I get a better workout. I have also been able to add a couple more exercises (one for back and one for shoulders) which were too awkward when standing on the handles, but now feel great.
