I've been wanting one of these for sometime now. I thank Golden era bookworm & Alex Leonidas for inspiring me to get one! Firstly I was surprised how quick it came through the post! Ordered on a Sunday, received by the following Friday. Upon opening I got 3 extra springs also a free wooden pen. The chest expander looks great & performs just as well as it looks! So smooth & fun to use! It feels very different to resistance bands & I believe it will out last most resistance band's out there. I highly recommend this product to anyone thinking of getting one! The only minor issue I found using it is the spring's can tangle when connected close together. Though I think applying some WD40 could help with this issue.

Just received the chest expander, really happy for now ! The wooden handles are really comfortable, the rotation actually helps a lot as well. The coils feels great to stretch as well ! If you're hesitating and have the money, I highly suggest it, comfort, quality, efficiency. I will update in 6 months to a year if I think about it, but at first sight I see no reasons for it to degrade quickly, everything seems sturdy. Thank you Mr. Baraban :)
