To honour Fred Rollon, a strongman of the past, we have created a new chest expander!
The Rollon Chest Expander, we simply call it The Rollon, which is without a doubt the strongest chest expander in the world.
When this chest expander is loaded with 5 super-springs you have the total resistance of more than 17 standard-springs, each of which have 10k of tension.
That means The Rollon offers 170 kg (375 lb) of total tension!
The weight of the expander with 5 springs is a whopping 5 kg (11 lb)!
Right now we know only one person who can stretch 3 super-springs on the Rollon …. His name is Michael Rosenblum from Florida, USA.
The average untrained person can barely stretch one super-spring. To stretch two super-springs, you have to be reasonable strong.
The Rollon has 30 mm diameter handles which are knurled, but these handles are 145 mm long, so you even have enough gripping space for very large hands.
This expander is a great training tool for Strongmen with large hands and heavy bodyweight .
However, even if you are not in the worlds strongest men category, this expander can greatly benefit you when you do other exercises.
For example: You can mount The Rollon on a power rack and do lat pulldowns, or you can mount one end on the floor or on a platform
and do deadlifts or bent over rows ……there are many more possibilities than just stretching the expander in front of your chest.
Do not order this chest expander if you have a weak ego, the resistance is so big that almost everybody will be put into his place!

Now i can continue my progressive overload with the rollon. After a year i had maxed out on the regular expander. offer better support. Now i can continue my progressive overload with the rollon. As soon as I saw the Rollon model, again on Golden Era Bookworks youtube channel I knew i had to buy this one. Its even nicer, the springs pull apart smoother. I have Barabans, Chest Krusher and Horse shoe Bender also... Everything he makes is bombproof and will last a lifetime or two. rehab. I have a few Chest Expanders, old ones from the 1960s to modern ones and I have to say Robert Baraban's is better than all of them! It is a work of art. It's a true rarity to have such good expanders that has the potential to challenge us to the highest level. The fact that it is dedicated to Fred Rollon is even better. I would definitely recommend it!
