  This iron shoe is unexcelled. Robert Baraban surpassed the other iron shoe from history (Jowett, York and Weider)
  
  even surpassing his very own small iron shoe.
  
  I started with the weider iron shoe it felt like a kids toy no resistance.
  
  Then I bought his small iron shoe. It made my grip, forearms and arms stronger. After a few months i graduated to two standard springs then i moved to the super spring for the small iron shoei thought i was ready for the big iron shoe.
  
  This did not prepare for the big iron shoe. It is heavy and tough and is for those of you who wish to gain not just strenght but super strenght !
  
  The iron shoe design is really beautiful like so many other's it will be good for many lifetimes.
  
  As for delivery it arrived quickly with no issue.

  This is a solid, heavy, piece of kit that will last a lifetime. I already have a chest expander and chest krusher from Robert, but this iron horseshoe hits muscles from different angles. So a great addition to my workouts. I can only manage three springs so far, and even that is a challenge! hits muscles from different angles. So a great addition to my workouts.   It's incredible. Isometric. Dynamic isometric. This thing will build your true tendon strength. Doesn't matter how strong you already are. I'm very sure world class strong men new to this will find it extremely useful. Tendon strength is everything and this horseshoe reminds me of that without fail. For now I do 15sec holds 5 reps each hand. Building a solid foundation takes time plus the horseshoe itself is so superbly built there's no reason to be excessive.   Great product. Unique of this kind. Nice work out for arms, forearms, shoulders and probably even for the chest. Robert is the best! He is reliable, understanding and even goes beyond the expectations! I enjoy Horseshoe bender training a lot! The following day I always feel my upper body! Thank you, Robert!
