The RB Chest Krusher is great training device for training the chest muscles and the stabilizer muscles . The chest krusher comes with 7 resistance springs .
We never met anyone beeing able to close it with 7 springs attached ......... will you be the first one ?
You can train for reps or do very heavy singles for pure strength .
Changing the springs is easy , you just have to open the screws and remove or add springs then turn in the screws again with the spring connected .
The chest krusher weight 6 Kg ( 13,2 lbs ) and is zinc plated for rust protection. This training device will last longer than a lifetime.

- Jon Wright, 01/13/2026Just recently purchased the chest expander. To go with my chest krusher. Chest krusher works all upper body chest ,arms shoulders full upper body workout . Progressing can be slow managed to work up to 25 reps with 3 springs and then 4 springs still stuck on 5 reps . Go slow add the reps . workout . I just bought Robert Baraban’s Chest Expander and was wondering if the Chest Krusher would be a goon complimentary for building big triceps? go to post - Aristotelis Akis, 07/10/2025An incredible piece of equipment already, I find myself using it after most upper body days involving my chest and it certainly puts a challenge on the arms and chest like no other.
