The RB Chest Krusher is great training device for training the chest muscles and the stabilizer muscles . The chest krusher comes with 7 resistance springs .
We never met anyone beeing able to close it with 7 springs attached ......... will you be the first one ?
You can train for reps or do very heavy singles for pure strength .
Changing the springs is easy , you just have to open the screws and remove or add springs then turn in the screws again with the spring connected .
The chest krusher weight 6 Kg ( 13,2 lbs ) and is zinc plated for rust protection. This training device will last longer than a lifetime.

- Pete Mcquade, 03/31/2025I had the York’s chest Krusher when I was much younger and that is a child’s toy compared to the Robert Baraban’s chest Krusher’ ,excellent workmanship and built to last forever. Danke schon Robert workmanship and built to last forever. Danke schon Robert
go to post - Alexandre Levasseur, 03/23/2025The chest krusher by Robert Baraban is the best period. I can say no more.
Some light assembly is required (the springs are not on the krusher) however it's very easy takes less than a minute if you want to put on three springs.
Robert Baraban's name is synonymous with quality.
I find that using the chest krusher is better than dumbbell flys and safer. no chance of tearing your pectoral muscles or not doing it well.
Every home gym enthusiasts should own one.

Now as for the product itself it is very well made piece of equipment that is great fun to use.It gives you a very good upper body workout. The only slight negative is the handle slid off but easily remedied with some gorilla glue.Expensive? Well yes it is but i feel it will last forever and gives a unique workout. made piece of equipment that is great fun to use.It gives you a very good upper body workout. The only slight negative is the handle slid off but easily remedied with some gorilla glue.Expensive? go to post - Mushtak Nadim, 04/14/2024My favourite piece of equipment in the home gym. Excellent craftsmanship. This thing is so intense! I am currently on 4 springs working up to 5 springs. The Chest Krusher can accomodate up to 7 springs but I've seen some strong people even double up. The loading potential is ridiculous. It's my favourite piece of equipment and best accessory for chest. It also hits your shoulders, forearms, tris and biceps pretty hard. Its a great alternative to the pec dec and dumbell flys, I'd argue it's superior to those movements the squeeze and tension the springs provide is immense. For an added challenge try do this with an overhand grip, and use a bench for stability I can only do 3 springs using this variation. Great for hypertrophy and strength. Thank your Robert Baraban for bringing back this glorious old school piece of equipment springs. The Chest Krusher can accomodate up to 7 springs but I've seen some strong people even double up.
