Dieses Set beinhaltet die Pinchblöcke in 8mm, 50mm und 100mm Breite. Somit kann Wahlweise die Daumenkraft in allen Bereichen trainiert werden. Um die Pinchblöcke mit ausreichend Trainingsgewicht zu bestücken, wird eine RB Loading Pin empfohlen.
