An absolutely great attachment — I can't believe I am the first to review it. It is now my favorite tool for bicep and tricep cable work. It seems to keep my hand, wrist, and elbow in a great position — reducing joint strain and increasing focus on target muscles. Very smooth rotation. It also looks like a fine piece of industrial art that could be left on a coffee table as a conversation piece when not being used for training. I can't imagine ever using standard rope or regular stirrup handle attachments again, now that I own a pair of these.
